An Apple laptop

Apple introduced two new MacBook Pro lineups in 2023, the new M2 and the M3 Apple silicon chips.

I'm phasing out my 13-inch MacBook Pro (M1, 2020)—a first-generation Apple Silicon laptop that greatly exceeded my expectations for day-to-day work—and migrating my apps and settings to an M3 Max machine.

A laptop—because I can travel with it and work in multiple locations.

A Mac—because I enjoy working on Apple's operating system much more than on Windows.
